Kelly MacDonald is the owner/director of Moksha Yoga Fredericton. Kelly was born in PEI and attended university in Halifax. It wasn't until the completion of her Social Work degree that she discovered Moksha Yoga. She instantly fell in love and decided to try out life as a yoga instructor. After yoga training in Las Vegas in 2009, Kelly taught hot yoga in cities across Canada for 5 years before bringing this sweaty business to Fredericton in 2012. When she isn't in the yoga studio, Kelly can be found expending her endless energy outdoors, planning her next adventure, or hanging out with her amazing friends and family.
