Eat Your Words Fundraiser Auction

Tony Grant joined Wheels& Deals in January 2014 as a Sales and Finance Consultant. Tony has a strong background in Sales and Marketing and has been involved in many community events in the Fredericton area making him a good edition to the Wheels & Deals Family. Born and raised in Fredericton, Tony is the youngest of five brothers and has one younger sister. Tony's older brother Danny played thirteen years in the National Hockey League winning numerous awards.   

Tony played hockey at all levels in the Fredericton area and is a two time member of the Fredericton Sports Wall Of Fame as a member of the three time Champion Fredericton High Black Kats from 1972-1975 and as a member of the Eastern Canadian Champion Fredericton Capitals in 1979-1980. Tony got to make his pro debut with the Fredericton Express in 1983 getting to play two games.

Tony was employed with Irving Oil Ltd. as a Sales Representative for twenty five years in Fredericton which gave him a solid background in customer service which makes him a good fit for The Wheels & Deals Family where customer service is a top priority. Tony lost his wife Janice to breast cancer in 2005 and raised his two beautiful daughters Brittany, 22  and Hayley, 21  ;who he is so proud of.

Tony enjoys hockey, golf and cross country skiing in his spare time and also enjoys his volunteer work as a member of Fredericton Sports Investment  for the past 20 years which is made up of 40 directors in the Fredericton area who have raised over 3 million dollars to benefit kids to play sports.
